I started drinking these about a month ago. At first i was not sure about them. I have to have something that taste good.the strawberry flavor is great. almost like a regular shake taste.My family lives on Myoplex products.I add one of these to a little bit of ice in a blender,sometimes adding a banana to it.It makes a great treat to have,plus giving your body what it needs.
