I like to try a variety of energy resources, especially being 48 years old and needing that extra lift for workouts or even a midday alternative to coffee. My job requires incredible attention to detail and I tried this product 2 ways: one for my workouts which are grueling, and 2 at work because of the high demand on my ability to focus. The energy from this product is not only physical but helped me focus well. This was much better than mere jitters from coffee- the blend kept me focused until quitting time. I recommend this one highly.
