The nurse suggested whey for my 81 yr old Mom who is frail. This helps her get her energy when she other wise doesn't want to eat. The cookies and cream takes great and she gobbles it up! She gets extra streagnth from it too.

The cookies and cream is delicious, and I look forward to my 3-4 shakes every day. Unfortunately, they changed the whey profile of the Tropical Sunrise which, because of more WPI, it tastes more bitter. The quality of the protein is top-notch, and the price definitely does not break the bank. Everyone should try Champion Nutrition.
