My favorite protein supplement that mixes well in oatmeal, applesauce or with almond milk. The French Vanilla flavor has that extra punch of vanilla which makes it taste sweet. When making a smoothie I add a banana for a special treat. It tastes so good it's almost like dessert which helps with a sweet tooth.
It has one of the highest levels of protein that I've found so far in a whey product and only 3g of carbs.
