Started taking this product after a good recommendation from my personal trainer from my Fitness club. Tastes good and helps to recover after a hard workout. The only flip side its its little expensive and sold only in Whole Foods store. However, I recently discovered that Jarrows is the only whey protein synthesized using a vegetarian rennet. Almost all other Whey products use calf or other rennet from a non-vegetarian based rennet. As a die-hard vegetarian this is very important for me.
