I tried a sample of Spiru-Tein Chocolate and, boy, what a surprise: it is DELICIOUS! I mixed it with low fat milk and got a creamy texture, not watery. It filled me up for many hours, and it is low in fat and carbohydrates. It is also full of vitamins and minerals—A, C, D, E, B6, B12, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, etc. So, besides curbing my appetite, I don't even need to take my vitamins separately! Really worth my money.
