This product taste great, but I do agree you need a blender. A shaker cup also works well.

I have used this for years! It tastes good and is easy to mix. I seem to have more energy when I drink this for breakfast.

This tastes okay - better than some, worse than others I've tried. However, it does NOT mix in water or milk. Best saved for blender only.
