I took this for PMS relief. It was very effective for me . I noticed a marked improvement in my mood which helped me to have a pretty normal few weeks before my period. Its perfect since it's a 3 week prgram so you can schedule it for that time of the month. Its a little expensive for me but worth it for a natural approach.

I tried this product along with diet changes when after 3 kids, I was having troubles just doing anything. It lowered my stress and my nerves. It took about 4 weeks to get this into my system and working well but once that period of time was over it worked wonderfully.

I used to take these and they definitely improved my mood. However, I later found out that St. John's Wort makes birth control pills ineffective. This was an unacceptable risk as far as I was concerned- so be warned if you fall into the effected group of people.
