A few months ago I was having a horrible time falling to sleep. Whenever I finally fell asleep, I would wake up constantly throughout the night. Sleep Assure has helped this problem immensely. I can now fall to sleep with a lot more ease and actually get the undisturbed rest that I need.

Since the last month or so I've been on Sleep Assure, my quality of sleep has greatly improved. I'm only able to sleep around six hours a night due to schedule constraints, so I originally took Sleep Assure to get the most out of sleep. The product works great, and I feel extremely rested after a night's sleep now!
The tablets are easy to take, and the benefits are certainly noticeable. I very rarely have trouble falling asleep now. I plan on using this product in the months to come, I feel much more energized in the day due to the great night's sleep!

Many of my friends and I are chronic insomniacs, so in our quest for the perfect sleeping pill, we came across this particular brand. It did the job and did it well because of the 3 mg of melatonin it contains.
The problem with these pills is not in the quality, but the price. While these cost $15 for 60, a bottle of 3 mg melatonin can cost less than $7 for over 100. The extra stuff they put into Sleep Assure doesn't seem to make much of a difference, as far as I could tell.
That said, it works.

There isn't much to say, it's cheap, and it works. I took a pill, closed my eyes, and lost the fight to stay awake. I slept through the entire night, and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go. I managed to get up before my alarm clock went!

While melatonin is naturally produced by the body, your levels fluctuate, and it’s very difficult to obtain it through diet as it’s basically nonexistent in foods. A big plus for Sleep Assure is that it’s a naturally produced source of melatonin at a reasonable price. I’ve found it effective for depression as well as restless nights.
