I ordered this recently, & they really help me with anxiety. The taste is fairly pleasant (these are yellow), although they are kind of chewy or gummy, I mostly take one in the evening.


Great if you like gas pain

The liquid version of this was great, so why not try the chewy ones? My boyfriend and I tried the black currant flavored kind and both of us had terrible gas pains for hours. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I tried again twice (they aren't cheap either, so yeah I kept trying lol) and the same thing happened.

Bach is a great company, no doubt. I just wonder if the alcohol in the liquid version helps things work better...
