Not bad, but not good either

Zing and B vitamins help your immune system in times of stress, but don't necessarily DEstress. In my experience, this doesn't make me feel much better. When you take as directed, you might feel slightly more energetic but I am not sure how much of it is just in my head (a placebo effect of sorts) or if the pill is actually working. If you're stressed, I would recommend other types of therapeutic methods such as yoga or deep breathing exercises. In my experience, these pills do not work as well as they advertise.
Calming confidence

I’m sometimes uncomfortable in social situations, and have increasingly shied away from them. I didn’t feel the problem was severe enough to start with a serious prescription medicine, so as I like to do I sought out a natural one, and I’ve found that the nutrients (nearly two dozen vitamins and minerals) in Behavior Balance allow me to step out into the world whenever I like.
Maybe it was the placebo effect, maybe not

There's no stress-release formula available in a pill. Taking Behavior Balance-DMG makes me think that I am, at the very least, providing my body with some essential elements it needs to fight whatever needs fighting. This knowledge alone (or is it only this?) can help me to put things in perspective and to react more appropriately. I'm a fan of the product, as are the people who work around me!

This product did not deliver for me. It did not help my stress levels or help in social situations as it advertises. It did not change my mood or make me anymore relaxed. May work for some but did nothing for me.
