We have children affected by FAS/FAE who have irregular sleep patterns and have used this with our 2 year old daughter and 3 year old son for nearly a year now. We have actually been able to stop using it with our daugther as it has helped her develop much better falling asleep habits. Our 3 year old son is able to fall asleep much better as well and is typically able to stay asleep with only 0-1 wakings. This is such a huge improvement. We once had to buy melatonin at a different store and ended up with a different brand that did not work as well. The only con to this is that the lid is not that difficult to open so even when you're tired you need to remember to return it to the medicine cabinet.

This is a product I'm really intersetd in trying. I like that it's a liquid, it seems as though it would be absorbed by the body faster than one that was in pill form.
