I'm a very defensive person and easily get irritated by the smallest of things. This behavior usually leads to fights with my fiance, which is causing even more stress in my life. My doctor recommended Nerve Factors, and I've been taking it for about 6 months. I don't need to take it everyday, but I never go more than a week without taking one tablet. You will definitely find your actual personality change the longer you take these. They don't drug you out like most stress relief products, it just makes you calmer. Great product, price is alright.

I tend to get very nervous, fidgety, and annoyed sometimes. I try to calm myself down by taking deep breathes in and out, but this method can only do so much. When I decided to get some outside help my friend, who is a doctor told me about this product. So I decided to buy it and try it out. I took the 1 recommended tablet and in an hour or so I felt relaxed and calm after a tough day at work. Bottom line is that IT WORKS!!!

I have been using this product for over a year now. It was strongly recommended by a co-worker. Every once in awhile, I'll have one of those days when I am very irritable. When it hits me, I take 1 tablet. Usually within a few hours, I am back to feeling better again. The product says you can take it daily, but I only use it when I have to.

I was irritable, uptight and constantly worrying about everything. My doctor suggested I try some of the stress vitamins available at most nutrition stores. When I realized just what a pain I had become to everyone, I decided to try Nerve Factors, and within a week I was feeling calmer and less stressed. After two weeks, I was much more relaxed and looked forward to each day. I have taken Nerve Factors for a couple months now and the difference in my attitude is like night and day. One tablet daily is all you need but I admit that I was taking two per day for the first couple weeks. My doctor said it would be fine to take two, but ask yours before increasing the suggested dose.
