BE VERY CAREFUL

I tried this a few nights ago. I took one pill instead of the serving size of two, and I'm really glad I was cautious because I reacted terribly! 20 minutes after taking it I felt a slight tingle in a few places and they quickly led to a full body burning sensation. I flushed red, my boyfriend was ready to take me to the hospital. I took a cold shower, took 2 Benadryl caps, bundled up and waited for it to end. It felt like an extreme version of tanning bed tingle lotion.

It isn't the product's fault-- My mom is allergic to cayenne pepper, and apparently I am as well. I didn't know that CAPSICUM is CAYENNE PEPPER. I know I will be researching ingredients much more carefully in the future.
