I have had trouble falling asleep for as long as I can remember, and I have been on prescription medicine on and off for years. This product does what it advertises and I have used it now for over a month. I fall asleep within 20-40 minutes and I awake refreshed in the morning without that hung over feeling.

My husband and I have taken all kinds of products to help us sleep, from benadryl to prescription medication and have never been happy with the results. Melatonin 3 mg was a wonderful surprise and really did the job. 30 minutes after taking it, I was able to simply fall asleep. I experienced no nightmares, I slept for a good 8 hours and I wasn't groggy or hung over in the morning.
