Calm Thoughts

It works well for me, I like taking them when i get stressed. I'm not overly anxious or depress all the time, but when I am I have calm thoughts there for me! I noticed it makes me urinate a little bright yellow/bright green...

I don't know what's with all these negative reviews... maybe they have more severe cases of anxiety and stress. in that case, you're going to have to try breathing exercises and other forms of relaxation and not just expect pills to work like magic.

I 've been taking this product for about a month and it really works for me. It helps me turn my mind off, relax and stop obsessing over things. It does not make me sleepy, but I do feel much more relaxed. I take 2-3 a day.

During my days of my exams I needed some stress free atmosphere and I tried these pills for a month of time but I did not feel any kind of relaxation or stress free mind. In my case at least it did not work at all. It was simply waste of my money instead.

These pills don't work very much at all. I tried taking them before bed but I was still awake for hours after getting into bed. I've tried these on and off for the past month or so. I paid a lot of money for something that didn't even work. Maybe it's just my body but it doesn't calm me at all. I will never buy this again. I'll look for a more cost effective brand.


Mild Effect, High Price

This was given to me by my mother-in-law because she didn't want it anymore. The price sticker was on the cap and for what it does, I don't think I would pay that much. However, the best results I got was when I'd double the dose and take with melatonin and a hot bath. Then I definitely felt more calm and relaxed. Over time, I used up the rest of the bottle this way. Would I buy more though--no, not for the price.
