During my days of my exams I needed some stress free atmosphere and I tried these pills for a month of time but I did not feel any kind of relaxation or stress free mind. In my case at least it did not work at all. It was simply waste of my money instead.

These pills don't work very much at all. I tried taking them before bed but I was still awake for hours after getting into bed. I've tried these on and off for the past month or so. I paid a lot of money for something that didn't even work. Maybe it's just my body but it doesn't calm me at all. I will never buy this again. I'll look for a more cost effective brand.
Mild Effect, High Price

This was given to me by my mother-in-law because she didn't want it anymore. The price sticker was on the cap and for what it does, I don't think I would pay that much. However, the best results I got was when I'd double the dose and take with melatonin and a hot bath. Then I definitely felt more calm and relaxed. Over time, I used up the rest of the bottle this way. Would I buy more though--no, not for the price.

Because I had a fleeting interest in some stress reduction pills, I decided to buy some Calm Thoughts pills at a reduced price. Even then, the price didn't justify the product, nothing happened when I took the pills at stressful times, and it was about fifteen bucks down the drain. Stay away from this product.

I have the stress of raising three children, working and going to school. I was looking for something that would help alleviate some of my anxiety and stress, but this is not the product to use. It did nothing for me and I think I wasted good money on another useless product.
Not worth it for the price

This product did very little to make me feel calmer. I have fought anxiety for years and have tried many different products. This one did almost nothing and was expensive when compared to things that I have used in the past. I think overall, these were a huge waste of money. I would have rated them lower, but I figured that since everyone responds differently, they may work for someone.

I was very disappointed in these pills- they did absolutely nothing. I took them over a few weeks, whenever I felt particularly stressed or in need of rest. I found myself no calmer and no better focused then before I had taken them. I would definitely not recommend them. There are far better products out there that actually work, and these may as well have been sugar pills for all the good they did.
Not So Calm Thoughts

This product did not calm my nerves, rather it made me a little shaky. The price was out of this world (not a good thing) and the dosage made the product disappear quickly. If anything, these "Calm Thoughts" pills added more stress to my life instead of removing stress. I wouldn't recommend these pills to anyone seeking relief from stress.

I had been so anxious for awhile and was desperately looking for some calming moments. I found Calm Thoughts and decided to give it a try. It could have just been a mindset, but for the first time in a while, I was able to not be so anxious and relax.
