Great Product, Helps gets you to sleep!by Kerry Hays
A great product to help someone relax, but not recommended for extreme cases such as insomnia. If one needs a more restful and deeper sleep, this will help you achieve that. If you cannot get to sleep at all, one should find a more potent supplement. The value on this however is fantastic, and will help most people slip easily into wonderland.

I have been taking this product for about a year. I choose this particular brand because a friend had told me about it. The effectiveness is exactly how it was advertised. I love this product because it gets me to sleep fast. I would buy this again because it really works.

I have sleepless nights a lot. I was very nervous to try this as it was to help me sleep. It did not work at first. I figured it justs needs to build up in my system. After a week or two, it started to work. The weird thing was it was not really noticeable. It kind of snuck up on me. I was waiting for an extreme tiredness feeling but that never came. It was a gentle feeling. I am not sure if my body got immune to it but it stopped working after a little more than a month. For short term, it would probably be okay.

I live a busy life and at times find myself wired from a busy day and unable to sleep. A work partner of mine gave me a couple of Healthy Sleep capsules for those restless nights. I don't take them all the time, but when I do, I wake up feeling rested and ready to start my day. It also didn't leave me with that groggy, drugged feeling that some sleep agents do.

I have had several surgeries in the past year, and getting a good night's sleep was frustrating. I tried Healthy Sleep and woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and eager to begin my day. It is such a relief to go to bed at night and know you will sleep through to the next morning. It makes for a pleasant day, as I am more productive than tired. The price is very reasonable for a peaceful night's sleep.

As a college student, my sleeping patterns are irregular. I workout late, and sometimes forced to sleep even later. When I can, I sleep earlier. I can't afford to spend time moving around and not sleeping when I can. This is why I use pills to help me sleep. I don't really like the idea of using pills to help me do one of the most natural things that man can do. So, I tried healthy sleep, which makes it seem as if I'm helping my body by using these pills. They work well (put me to sleep if I take 2 before I sleep), so I can't complain. Highly recommend.

I have trouble sleeping from time to time and I hate taking meds except when they are all natural I am all for it. Unlike other stuff I have tried it did not take me a long time to fall asleep nor was I still tired when I woke up in the morning. I was refreshed and ready to go for work. A little pricey, but I think its worth it.

I am a stay-at-home mom and many nights a week I lay awake in bed trying to organize the next day in my mind and it's usually pretty hard for me to settle in to a good restful sleep. I tried this product because it was on sale and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Unless I'm really desperate for sleep I try to stay away from the unnatural sleep aides, I never really thought a natural sleep aide would work but it did! It soothed me and aided me to sleep sound thoughout the night with no side affects I could tell the next day!

This is the product I currently use. It eases you to sleep with no tossing and turning, and no groggieness in the morning. I like that it's all natural! Can't go wrong.
