I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. I OFTEN HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING AND THIS PRODUCT WORKS WONDERS. NOT ONLY DO I FALL ASLEEP EASIER BUT IF I GET UP DURING THE NIGHT TO USE THE BATHROOM I FALL RIGHT BACK TO SLEEP AND STAY ASLEEP. I DO NOT WAKE FEELING GROGGY. MOST OF THE TIME ONE TABLET IS ENOUGH BUT IF NOT YOU CAN TAKE TWO. BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL SLEEP GREAT.

I have this in my cabinet now. I don't take it that often only because I don't want to feel as if I am dependent on it. That goes to show that it is non-habit forming. When I have taken it, it helped me to feel calm and ready for sleep within 30 minutes or so. It sort of has a cinammony,natural smell. I like it.

I have tried a lot of sleeping products just because I have a sleeping problem. This product is great because it is herbal based. It makes me sleep like a baby and it is not addictive. I take it now from time to time. The price is also very good.

Natural, non addictive, works

First of all, this product works, but not as well as other products of the same type. I bought this because I wasn't comfortable with taking a night-time sleep aid every night unless it was more natural, like this product. I've used it once or twice in the past week when I need to get some light sleep. It's a very nice size pill and goes down great. The "herbal formula" makes me feel very safe in that I am not drugging myself with an addictive substance. I would recommend taking this if you need a little more sleep.

Worthless for Sleeping Problems

Sleep Now doesn't really help you "Sleep Now" unless you are already almost asleep. Suffering from insomnia, I spent multiple nights with this product hoping it would do something, but alas I was eventually forced into buying something more effective. While it did manage to make me groggy and slightly nauseous, it didn't make me want to sleep.
