I started taking this product 3 months ago, and I must say this has been a life saver. Since I attend a top-tier college, I have absurd amounts of homework every night, so my sleep pattern is constantly being changed. At the beginning of the semester, my circadian rhythm was on the fritz, and I could not fall asleep when I wanted to. I felt tired, but simply could not fall asleep. After I started taking ZMA Nighttime, however, I fell asleep right away. In addition, it wasn't the kind of groggy sleep that one gets from taking other night time medicines, such as Nyquil. It was a very deep, relaxing sleep that made me feel fully refreshed every morning. As a result, I have been able to focus better during the day, and my grades have also significantly increased. I highly recommend this product!

I have had all kinds of difficulty sleeping over the years. This stuff will put me out for the whole night. My problem wasn't falling asleep it was waking up in the middle of the night repeatedly. I take a ZMA Nighttime and I can get a full night sleep. This is really the best night time supplement on the market.

I frequently suffer from insomnia, especially when I was recently placed on an SSRI antidepressant. Fortunately, I found this product and it greatly reduced my insomnia. Where I found myself lying in bed for hours before tossing and turning, I could now simply take one pill and fall asleep gently over 15-30 minutes. Unlike others have noted, I have not experienced any difference in my dreaming/REM sleep.

ZMA works wonders with your sleep cycle. You'll get knocked out into a deep sleep and have crazy dreams. It is probably one of the most fun supplements on the market. I have used couple different brands and have also assembled the ingredients myself.
Higher Power ZMA, similar to other brands contains the proper ratios of zinc, magnesium, and B6.
It is a convenient sleep aid that also raises testosterone levels during the night. I think it is the magnesium that is the main culprit behind the wild dreams. In my experience, the testosterone increase was very noticeable and very enjoyable. You will like this product too.
