i like this product

I really, really,really like this product. It doesn't cost much and it helps you relax and/or fall asleep when you need it. I also like this product because when you wake up in the morning you don't feel like you've taken a cold medicine and can't get out of bed. I would recommend this to anyone.
For stress

I use Calm Forte whenever I am anxious or nervous and can't seem to relax. What I like about this product is that I do not experience that groggy feeling you get when you use a sleeping pill. Since these are herbal based pills there are no side affects. I would recommend them to anyone that has stress and needs to relax.
Valerian is better

I tried this product for a while to avoid the stinkiness of valerian, but it didn't work for me. Sometimes it made me feel a little relaxed, sometimes I didn't notice any effect at all. Never did it help me get to sleep. I finally gave up and went back to valerian. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it's affordable, so it might be worth giving it a try if you don't have a diagnosed sleep disorder.

Calms Forte' isn't really a sleeping pill per se, so much as just a relaxant. If one suffers from being over anxious, it might be recommended, however as I suffer from insomnia, this relaxed me, but didn't help me get to sleep. In the end, it just ended up making me irritable, and I had to take something else.

I've had problems sleeping for the past few months and have been taking Advil PM. It's helped a little bit. I then went to my doctors and he suggested I try calms forte. I've been sleeping great and the great thing about it is that I haven't had any side affects the day after.
A Relaxed Mom Is A Happy Mom

These herbal sleeping tablets are amazing. I began taking them when my first one was born three years ago. I was having difficulty in relaxing and getting a good nights sleep. I was concerned about addiction to the pill, but these bills are all herbal based and non-habit forming. The first time I took them it calmed my nerves and I was able to have a good nights sleep. I now use it whenever I feel stressed or find it difficult to sleep.

I'm 61 and I am a high-strung sculptor. Sleep does not come easily for me. I can't take the OTC sleep drugs that contain diphenhydramine for fear of glaucoma and prostatitis, so I've been using Melatonin and Calms Forte. But, recently the Melatonin hasn't been working for me, so I switched to Calms Forte exclusively. I take 3 tablets and sleep for about 5 hours. Then I take 2 or 3 for another 3 hours. Works every time, and I wake up in the morning pleasantly groggy, but able to shake it all off with my morning shower. I love this product, and my sleep really depends on it. Everybody's different. Try it yourself before you take those negative reviews too seriously
Sleep Aid

My spouse and I both had trouble sleeping, my situation was temporary his was long term. We were told about this product. I loved that it was natural and claimed to not have any of the normal side effects such as drowsiness and grogginess the next day. We have both used this product and swear by it. It helps to relax you enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. Neither one of us had any of the usual side effects. Both have gotten a good nights sleep woke up to feel refreshed and rested. I recommend this product to anyone having difficulty sleeping and the price is right to give it a try.
Its ok, but not the best

I tried this product for about a week, and I did notice a slight change, but I still had a hard time falling asleep. This was the first sleep aid I had ever used, and I picked it because it was so much cheaper than the other products on the shelf. Overall, it's good for the price, but I'm sure there are more effective sleep aids available.
Not for me

This product was originally recommended to me by my mother, who has been taking it for years when she has been anxious in order to fall asleep. She swore by it, so I tried it as well. I was excited that it was homeopathic and would not leave me drowsy in the morning, because I worry about taking medicines that are made of chemically processed ingredients and do not like to feel worse in the morning than I did the night before. Unfortunately, I was able to see very few results from taking Calms Forte. It took a very long time for me to fall asleep, and I do not believe the pills did anything to induce sleep or relieve anxiety for me. I believe that they can help people, so they are worth trying, especially for the low price, but they simply did nothing for me.
