I work four nights a week and have three days off. I like to sleep nights on my days off but I would go to sleep at 9 or 10 and wake up at 2 or 3 a.m. so I would just want to sleep all day. My sister gave me Sleep EZ pills to try and they worked. I never woke up groggy, I had energy, and I gave some to this girl at work and she loved them too. I love them but when I went to reorder from Melaleuca they said they stopped selling them. I am very sad now I only have 5 pills left. I hope I can sleep after they're gone.

Tried it for the first night after a few bad nights sleeping. Melatonin leaves me groggy so I wanted to try something different. I felt well rested, and even when waking up in the night I felt at ease and relaxed instead of stressed over the wasted time. My bed even felt more comfy.
The one bad thing, the smell. It really smells bad to me. Did anyone else find this? It's not expired, but gosh does it stink. Don't burp!

I love this product.. It doesn't make me go to sleep but I rest better when I am asleep. After starting this product I noticed I have dreams at night, at least ones that I can remember. I haven't remembered dreaming in many years. I do believe this product probably works better with proper diet along with vitamins.

Works great for me!! It does not work if I use it everyday..so every few nights it works. Just seems to ease my anxiety for a few days. If you have so much anxiety that you can not fall asleep every night try a cup of chamomile tea with it before bed and more natural approached like Yoga or exercise. Check your diet too..Eating foods richer in Omega 3's and fish oils may help you too. Cut out sodas and coffee. The idea is to improve your overall health..
