I took the standard dosage at 10PM and fell asleep by 10:30PM. I slept very well for about 4 hours, but then I was wakeful and got up around 5AM. I loved the way I slept but it wasn't long enough; I am thinking of splitting the dosage, one at 10PM and the other when I wake up.

I haven't used this for awhile because it's so expensive at Whole Foods, but I am seeing great prices online.
I'm bipolar and have lots of stupid anxiety issues, so I'm always looking for natural ways to cope. This is such an awesome product because it has L-Theanine (not always cheap for a bottle), 5-HTP--only 30mg, usually I see 100mg minimum at stores and at those dosages it can mess up your appetite; and 3mg of melatonin.
They are chewable, they taste pretty good, fruity, and they kick in gently. No hangover feeling the next morning. I love this stuff.
