I have been using this product for several weeks now.. i am insomniac, depressed, have anxiety disorder as well as panic disorder. This product has made a worlds difference it has calmed my mood swings down drastically and i can sleep at night with out waking up like a zombie! i would highly recommend this product to any one!

Maybe it takes prolonged use for some of us?
I'm just starting it - and so far it's not doing anything.
I didn't fall asleep any faster and woke up in just 3 or 4 hours..
I'll continue to use it and will be happy to rate it again if it begins to work...

I have used Calms Forte' by Hylands for well over two decades, and I consider it to be one of the best homeopathic products available. I have had leg muscle spasms for more than 30 years. When I found Calms Forte', it was a godsend. I highly recommend this formulation.

My Canadian gramma sent this to me when I told her I had started having a hard time falling asleep. I was sortof thinking about what I had to do the next day OVER and OVER. I had started to take a Benadryl (same ing. in Tylenol pm) and she was not happy with that at all. I guess that can become addictive. So I tried this to pacify her and low and behold Gramma knows best. This made my mind calm down so my body could fall asleep. I like that I'm not groggy in the middle of the night should one of my kids need me.

I'm bipolar and occasionally go weeks at a time on less than three hours of sleep nightly. I've dealt with this since I was a teenager and have tried many, many prescription antipsychotic and hypnotic meds. In recent years, the only things that helped were Lunesta and Ambien CR, but I did not like the many side effects. When I read about Calms, I figured they'd do nothing for me, but for the low price, there was little to lose, and I hoped that they might help me break my Lunesta addiction. And they did, to my amazement. No, there isn't the sledgehammer effect that one gets from scrip meds, but that's exactly what I did not want. I've recommended Calms to several bipolars I know and several have reported results from good to great. And some got nothing at all from them. But when you can find something that works, even a little bit, and there are no discernable side effects, it's worth a look.

I really, really,really like this product. It doesn't cost much and it helps you relax and/or fall asleep when you need it. I also like this product because when you wake up in the morning you don't feel like you've taken a cold medicine and can't get out of bed. I would recommend this to anyone.

I use Calm Forte whenever I am anxious or nervous and can't seem to relax. What I like about this product is that I do not experience that groggy feeling you get when you use a sleeping pill. Since these are herbal based pills there are no side affects. I would recommend them to anyone that has stress and needs to relax.

I tried this product for a while to avoid the stinkiness of valerian, but it didn't work for me. Sometimes it made me feel a little relaxed, sometimes I didn't notice any effect at all. Never did it help me get to sleep. I finally gave up and went back to valerian. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it's affordable, so it might be worth giving it a try if you don't have a diagnosed sleep disorder.

Calms Forte' isn't really a sleeping pill per se, so much as just a relaxant. If one suffers from being over anxious, it might be recommended, however as I suffer from insomnia, this relaxed me, but didn't help me get to sleep. In the end, it just ended up making me irritable, and I had to take something else.

I've had problems sleeping for the past few months and have been taking Advil PM. It's helped a little bit. I then went to my doctors and he suggested I try calms forte. I've been sleeping great and the great thing about it is that I haven't had any side affects the day after.

These herbal sleeping tablets are amazing. I began taking them when my first one was born three years ago. I was having difficulty in relaxing and getting a good nights sleep. I was concerned about addiction to the pill, but these bills are all herbal based and non-habit forming. The first time I took them it calmed my nerves and I was able to have a good nights sleep. I now use it whenever I feel stressed or find it difficult to sleep.

I'm 61 and I am a high-strung sculptor. Sleep does not come easily for me. I can't take the OTC sleep drugs that contain diphenhydramine for fear of glaucoma and prostatitis, so I've been using Melatonin and Calms Forte. But, recently the Melatonin hasn't been working for me, so I switched to Calms Forte exclusively. I take 3 tablets and sleep for about 5 hours. Then I take 2 or 3 for another 3 hours. Works every time, and I wake up in the morning pleasantly groggy, but able to shake it all off with my morning shower. I love this product, and my sleep really depends on it. Everybody's different. Try it yourself before you take those negative reviews too seriously

My spouse and I both had trouble sleeping, my situation was temporary his was long term. We were told about this product. I loved that it was natural and claimed to not have any of the normal side effects such as drowsiness and grogginess the next day. We have both used this product and swear by it. It helps to relax you enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. Neither one of us had any of the usual side effects. Both have gotten a good nights sleep woke up to feel refreshed and rested. I recommend this product to anyone having difficulty sleeping and the price is right to give it a try.

I tried this product for about a week, and I did notice a slight change, but I still had a hard time falling asleep. This was the first sleep aid I had ever used, and I picked it because it was so much cheaper than the other products on the shelf. Overall, it's good for the price, but I'm sure there are more effective sleep aids available.

This product was originally recommended to me by my mother, who has been taking it for years when she has been anxious in order to fall asleep. She swore by it, so I tried it as well. I was excited that it was homeopathic and would not leave me drowsy in the morning, because I worry about taking medicines that are made of chemically processed ingredients and do not like to feel worse in the morning than I did the night before. Unfortunately, I was able to see very few results from taking Calms Forte. It took a very long time for me to fall asleep, and I do not believe the pills did anything to induce sleep or relieve anxiety for me. I believe that they can help people, so they are worth trying, especially for the low price, but they simply did nothing for me.

I had sleep problems for months and tried everything on the market to help. Most made me sleep too long, didn’t help me sleep at all or made me feel ‘hung-over’ in the morning. Calms Forte did none of those! I slept through the night and woke up feeling refreshed! This is just another great product from Hyland’s that I would recommend to everyone!

This sleep aid goes along with all my other Hylands products. Great company, you can definitely trust them to provide good quality products.
This works wonderful, I love homeopathic, no side effects and you get results too. What more can a person want, oh and there affordable.
I take these on the occasions when I can't sleep and they help me sleep.
My children have taken these when they have coughs to help them sleep throughout the night.
This product has helped us a lot through the years.

I have had problems getting sleep for awhile now, and I was surprised to have results the first night. While they don't taste very good, I'll deal with that for the results I get.

I have been using this product for several years. I don't use it to sleep, but to help with anxiety. When I am stressed out about something Calms Forte will take the edge off. I haven't tried it for sleep, but if anxiety is causing sleeplessness, I'm sure it helps.

The first and only sleep aid I have tried, and needless to say, I love it. I have a hard time sleeping at night if I take a nap in the late afternoon, but with these, I can do both. I have so much more energy at work and the rest of the day because I can sleep regularly.

I bought this product, because I have a hard time getting to sleep, due to brain chatter. I chose this because it was natural. Natural it is, but not effective. I ended up going with a prescription.

I wish this stuff worked. It would be perfect for me. When I tried Calms Forte it did nothing. Seriously. I felt exactly the same and not one ounce sleepier. The pills also have a grainy consistency that does not taste very good.

I have problems sleeping since I have had my kids. I tried calms forte numerous times. I didn't see a difference at all. It took a long time before I felt tired.

I bought this product when I was having trouble sleeping and also experiencing mild anxiety. I had hoped this product would decrease my anxiety and help me sleep, but I did not notice any difference in the way I slept. The good thing is that I do not feel drowsy the next day, but I suppose that may be because it never worked in the first place.

I had never even heard of Calms Forte until I had to take an international flight and wanted to be able to sleep on the plane, which was difficult for me in the past. A colleague recommended these and I have not looked back. They worked like a charm, are not habit forming and natural. Since then, I have relied on many Hyland's products and they are all as high-quality as this one. You will be asleep within an hour with no ill effects in the morning.

I have tried this product numerous times and it has not given me the results that I wanted. It made me shaky after taking it, and also it did not put me to sleep right away. I would have to wait 2 hours for it to kick in and by then I had lost too much time.

I love this product. It's easy to use, works well and there's nothing in it that gives me any health or safety concerns. I'm partial to homeopathic solutions and this company's products have always been top notch. The quality and effectiveness are excellent. I use this because I chronically suffer from insomnia and I don't want to use harmful drugs since I frequently need a sleep aid. There is also a children's version of this which my son and daughter occasionally use.

I have used this product for over a year. It's a miracle worker. Because of my job, I hardly get any sleep. Although I catch up whenever I can. I have tried other products and they make me go to sleep but then I have nightmares, and I wake up very tired. Not this product, though it helps me sleep like a baby. As a matter of fact, I have to put my alarm on or I will keep on sleeping. It is great. Try it, don't hesitate one moment.

This is one of the best ways for me to fall asleep after a stressful day; not only can I forget about insomnia, but it's a natural product that doesn't have any side effects during the daytime. Other sleep aids I've tried have left me cranky and irritable the next morning, but this one wears off easily, even at 6 a.m.! I feel well-rested and energetic from a good night's rest.

This homeopathic product has worked for so many of my friends! Sometimes the anxiety about stressful bedtimes can make it difficult for kids to fall asleep - Calms Forte has really helped so many kids I know transition well into sleep. Like most homeopathic treatments, it does have a lactose base, so it is not a great solution for children with milk allergies, unfortunately.

This is on my list of favorites for sleeping. All homeopathic, so no groggy feeling or weird side effects. It is also good for nervous tension during the day and also for kids. The price is good and the pills are teeny-tiny, so they are good for those who can't swallow pills. Great product!

I love this product! I've been using it for several years due to sleep problems, and it works like a charm. I love that it's natural and has Chamomile in it. Even after all this time, it still works great for me, without having to take more than 1-2. I don't want to use any prescription medication and don't need to even think about it, because Calms Forte works so well!
