I work four nights a week and have three days off. I like to sleep nights on my days off but I would go to sleep at 9 or 10 and wake up at 2 or 3 a.m. so I would just want to sleep all day. My sister gave me Sleep EZ pills to try and they worked. I never woke up groggy, I had energy, and I gave some to this girl at work and she loved them too. I love them but when I went to reorder from Melaleuca they said they stopped selling them. I am very sad now I only have 5 pills left. I hope I can sleep after they're gone.

Tried it for the first night after a few bad nights sleeping. Melatonin leaves me groggy so I wanted to try something different. I felt well rested, and even when waking up in the night I felt at ease and relaxed instead of stressed over the wasted time. My bed even felt more comfy.
The one bad thing, the smell. It really smells bad to me. Did anyone else find this? It's not expired, but gosh does it stink. Don't burp!

I love this product.. It doesn't make me go to sleep but I rest better when I am asleep. After starting this product I noticed I have dreams at night, at least ones that I can remember. I haven't remembered dreaming in many years. I do believe this product probably works better with proper diet along with vitamins.

I have used the RestEZ for 14 weeks because it says it takes time to build up in your system. The only thing it did for me was waist my money. Because of how great the supplement packs are I was expecting quality with this product, and was extremely disappointed.

After having to pull all nighters, I decided to give these pills a try. It just doesn't work; I found this out after I woke up with my face in my text books, for several nights. I'd recommend money elsewhere, anything but this.

When I was spending about 18 hours a day driving, working, or at school, I was having a rough time sleeping at night. I decided to give this a try, as my mother gave a positive vibe for the company. I tried these for about a week and had no results whatsoever. They didn't make me groggy or sleepy. They definitely didn't make me sleep. Divide funds elsewhere ladies and gents.

I have used Melaleuca for a long time. I am disappointed in this product. For me it doesn't work. I have had better results with other over the counter medicine. This is fairly more expensive. I do not think its worth the time or money. Look for something else.

I was extremely disappointed with RestEZ. I had high expectations and was hoping to fall asleep faster and remain asleep throughout the night, but RestEZ just didn't deliver. I used it for 3 consecutive nights and didn't see any improvement with my sleep.

I have a hard time getting to sleep and have to get up at 5:30 a.m. A friend recommended RestEZ sleep aid. It took four hours for it to take effect and left me restless and groggy the next day. I took them for several more days and it still took several hours for me to get to sleep. I was groggy each day and discontinued it immediately.

Took the pills hoping to get to sleep faster but seemed to do the opposite. It kept me up and seemed like I was forced to go to the restroom more often while taking them. Not worth the buy.

This product was just not what I expected. It didn't work as quickly as I was hoping. It took several hours for it to work! Plus, it made me feel quite groggy the next day. Having a 3 year old to take care of, I can't afford to be groggy!

I haven’t had any side effects, including not getting the sleep that was promised. I’m not impressed with RestEZ and I would have to recommend a pass on it. It’s a little pricey too. Thanks anyway.

I have to say that Melaleuca products are generally very good. However I felt that the RestEZ fell a little short of the promise. I didn’t see results until having taken two tablets each night for about three nights. When you are paying $11.99 for 60 capsules, I just don’t see the value.

If you want a good night's sleep without side effects of other sleep aids, RestEZ is a great choice. The pills are easily digested and start to work within 15-20 minutes. You won't need anything else besides one pill to get to sleep, and it will let you sleep deeply unlike other pills that only 'imitate' sleep and you wake up more tired! RestEZ is a gentle, natural way to get a good night's rest.

Works great for me!! It does not work if I use it everyday..so every few nights it works. Just seems to ease my anxiety for a few days. If you have so much anxiety that you can not fall asleep every night try a cup of chamomile tea with it before bed and more natural approached like Yoga or exercise. Check your diet too..Eating foods richer in Omega 3's and fish oils may help you too. Cut out sodas and coffee. The idea is to improve your overall health..
