As a lifelong insomniac I frequently suffer the nightly anxiety of whether or not I will get a good nights sleep. Since using USLEEP, I have been able to fall asleep and stay asleep more often through the night. I do not feel ill the next day after using it, like I might feel if I took a higher dose of sleeping medicine. USLEEP has provided the peace of mind that comes with knowing I will get a good nights sleep.
