All natural approach to healthy sleep

Natra-Doze promotes healthy sleep cycles and stimulates body growth and maintenance while you rest. It is all natural and works at preventing bad sleep as well as keeping you healthy. The key ingredients are Inositol, Pantothenic acid, Chamomile Flower, Passion Flower, Valerian Root, Calcium, and Magnesium. As you can see, these aren't the kind of things that are going to knock you out when you are having trouble falling asleep. It is more of a multi-vitamin for sleep cycles. I tried these when I was away at college and adjusting to a new bed. I was disappointed because I thought it was more of a natural sleep-aid. It's not, so don't expect to zonk out after taking it (if you are looking for that I recommend Sleep Blend SP-17 by Solaray).
There isn't really a point in taking this if you are already taking a daily all-in-one multivitamin supplement, as it just more of the same ingredients. I don't recommend this as anything more than an extra boost to those who already sleep normally.

This product is less a sleep aid and more a product that claims to help adjust my body clock so that it's in tune with sleep cycles. So take it when you are not experiencing real sleep problems. It's more a preventative than a treatment.
