Great for skin too

My doctor recommended this product to help clear up my skin. I took it for about 6 months and there was a definite improvement. I noticed a slight improvement in vision. Mostly just the speed at which my eyes adjusted to darkness. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs something to deal with mild skin problems.


Beta Carotene

While carrots are hardly the only source of beta carotene (yellow and red and dark green vegetables are also high), who has time for a salad every single night? I supplement my diet with this, and in the process, probably get more beta carotene than the largest of salads provides. While it may be psychosomatic, I swear I can see better at night as a result (historically I’ve had issues with a mild form of night blindness).

This product has greatly improved my vision. I cannot eat carrots which are crucial to Beta Carotene and this product has allowed me to get the proper amount daily.

It's hard to eat a million carrots a day to get a healthy amount of beta carotene, but you can get 10,000 IU's in one tablet, which can greatly improve the quality of life of your eyes for a long time to come!
