Can I tell a difference because I take this? No, but I love the Vitabase brand.
Good supplement

When I was a kid I loved carrots, but now I get bored eating them. I've been having a lot of eye strain lately, so I decided to take a beta carotene supplement to get all the good stuff without the boredom of eating carrots. I have noticed a bit less eye strain for a reasonable price.
