Bioflavonoid capsules

Bioflavonoid's are important in order to get more vitamin C in the diet as well as other antioxidants. Since I have begun taking this supplement, I feel as though I have gotten fewer colds and have a bit more energy. The price is also pretty good compared to other supplements out there.
