A good choice!

I took this product in order to increase the volume of my hair, but I was surprised when my dandruff problem went away as well! It certainly works, and is pretty cheap at $15.00 for 60 pills.

Biotin is very good for healthy hair and nails. I had severe hair loss. So I took this biotin daily. Within a few days my hair falling out was controlled. I got healthy and shiny hair. I recommended this to my friends too.
No More Cowlicks!

A Biotin Deficiency can cause dry scaly skin, dandruff, and unmanageable hair. I had several random areas of frizzy, wirey hair that would not succumb to styling.
After a little research, I decided to try 5mg of Biotin, and to my delight, I no longer have cowlicks.
It definitely helps grow hair.

That's the good news...and also the bad news. Unfortunately, it'll increase hair growth all over the body for some users. The hair on your head will grow faster, but so will that on your legs, face and underarms.
