Biotin seems to work

I have been taking Biotin for about 4 months, and it has seem to make my nails grow and grow stronger. I haven't noticed any changes in my hair yet.. *cross fingers*

I've been taking this for about a month now and I've definitely noticed a change in my nails -- they are so strong and grow a lot faster! I'm still losing hair, though maybe not as fast. However, I have noticed a lot more baby / angel hairs around my hairline, which I haven't seen for years!

I started taking Biotin 5 years ago for my nails and hoping to make my hair grow faster. I could not believe how quick it makes your nails grow. When I started the supplement, my nails were paper thin and very brittle. My hair would break off easily. Taking Biotin regularly, I have to trim and file my nails to maintain a certain length because they grow so fast. As for my hair, it's fuller and it seems that I have less breakage as well.
