I thought sure it will work and it does! Love it, nails and hair are growing good, I always had trouble, I wish I knew of this stuff sooner!!!

This product is very good, I take 2, about 3 times a day, my nails are getting stronger, and I do see a difference in my hair. It has become a little thicker, there are some days I forget to take it, but then I get right back on, there are no side effects at all. This is a wonderful product!

I personally swear by this supplement. Ever since I've started taking Biotin my hair has seemed less prone to breakage and has grown longer/faster. It strengthens my hair dramatically and I have chemically treated hair. I take four 300mgs a day; stylists are always surprised at what good condition my hair is in.
