Reduced hair loss!

I have been taking Biotin for more than 10 years. It was recommended to me by a retired medical professional when I complained that my hair was falling out.
I was really amazed that within a few months, I noticed there had been a very significant decrease in my hair loss.
I have taken other brands, but I prefer TwinLabs.
I have never had any ill effects from Biotin, and I really wonder if I would have any hair at all left if I hadn't started taking it when I did!
