A healthy liver, the natural way!

There are so many vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients that sometimes the lesser known ones are overlooked. Phosphatidyl Choline (PC) is one such example. I would like to point out that supplements referred to as "lecithin" contain a portion of PCs, but are generally not a 100% PC supplement.

This supplement by Natural Factors is in fact a 100% natural form of PC, derived completely from soy. It states that it contains the necessary PC linked to help reduce the chance of and symptoms of many different health concerns. It is usedprimarily to emulsify and break down fat deposits in the body - this helps reduce the risk of things like liver disease and heart disease. Furthermore, it is also considered a significant component in the maintenance of cell membrane integrity and normal brain function.

I began taking Natural Factor's PC softgel for about 1 year now and I believe it has helped contribute to my normal healthy state. It is definitely an overlooked nutrient and it can be hazardous to not take enough of it in your daily requirements. You get 90 softgels for under $10, which works out to about a 3 month supply. It is affordable, effective, and a very important part of my every day life.
