I have tried this, and yes I was patient while taking it to see a result. After going trough 3 boxes, there was absolutely no effect. After all, I feel like I wasted my money for nothing.

I used this product for 5 days. I took this product because a friend had bought a bunch of this and swore by it. I had her get me the cookie and cream variety. It was so gritty. It didn't taste anything like what I expected cookies and cream to taste like. The shakes were easy to prepare and I didn't feel hungry afterward, but I just hated the taste. After 5 days I gave the rest to my friend - she lost weight using the product. I just couldn't force myself to keep using it because of the taste. I wouldn't buy this product again. I rated this with 2 stars because it did suppress my appetite.

This tastes horrible. It tastes grainy and chalky and the worse part is that there is an aftertaste that seems to never leave. I tried the chocolate flavor and I was very disappointed. I used to say that I love anything chocolate, but apparently that is just not true.
In its defense, this shake was very easy to make. I took 2 spoonfuls and mixed it around in some liquid. It dissolved relatively quickly and looked like a chocolate shake. I was eager to try it, but that eagerness didn't last long. The texture of this shake is just too thick! It was difficult to swallow and not enjoyable in the least. It did satisfy my hunger, but the experience was just so poor that I had no incentive to use the product regularly.
Note: if you do try this, make sure to mix it really well. If you don't you get very unappealing clumps waiting for you in your beverage.

These are GREAT vitamins. I've lost weight since I've been on them and my skin has cleared up. They can be a little difficult to swallow if you don't break them up, but once you get them down, you feel great. I've also found a lot of energy that I've never had...they're great. If you're looking for vitamins, you should use these! Most vitamins make me feel sick to my stomach and these were the first that didn't do that to me. I love them!

I should have known that products like this don't normally taste very well, and Formula 1 was no exception! The gritty and chalky taste was horrible. I had to switch to a pill form multi-vitamin. A waste of money.

If you enjoy bland, disgusting calk tasting liquid vitamins, then I'd reccomend this product for you! Formula 1 is absolutely horrid. Their flavored vitamins taste nothing like what they are supposed to. It's hard to swallow and leaves you feeling sick to your stomach just from the taste. If you're are wanting a good multi-vitamin, I might suggest looking elsewhere.

This stuff is the most horrible stuff I have ever tasted. It is so thick, I could barely keep it down. I ended up drinking tons of water to wash it down. It was a waste of my money, and it is expensive.

I really like the flavor of this shake. I used to only take a chew tablet, and one day I saw this as a promotion in our grocery store. It really tastes great, especially this Dutch Chocolate one. To be honest, I don't quite know whether the nutritional element of this shake is much better than other similar products. As long as it is good for my health and it tastes great, that is enough.

Some door to door salesmen convinced me to try some of this, and I must say, if it weren't for all the health benefits, and the weight I lost while substituting it for lunch, I would have never taken it. It tastes terrible. I had the french vanilla and it was just gritty and unpleasantly flavored. However, it did help lose weight, I did feel full after drinking it and it was very healthy....
