I do see improvements

I have been taking the inositol powder for ten days, I take 1/2 tsp three times a day, a little more than the directions call for. It does make me use the bathroom more, but no more than a high fiber diet would. I am noticing an improvemnt in my moods. I also sleep much better, and have from the start of taking inositol. It seems to be working better for me than Prozac did. With prozac I felt tired and became very lazy, I seem to have more energy with the inositol, and I don't feel so tired all the time.

I tried taking this product to reduce anxiety, but I didn't see any improvement. I bought the larger container and used 1 tablespoon/day.
