I do not like this product whatsoever. It actually makes me use the bathroom way too much. It seems like every time I take the one teaspoon daily, I have to use the bathroom approximately 20-30 minutes later. Then, I feel like I have to use it for the next few hours after that. I have actually switched to using something else that doesn't make that happen. Then again, everyones body works differently, so I guess you won't know until you try this for yourself.
