I love this vitamin! It's the first one I've ever been motivated to take regularly, because I can really feel the benefits. I have more energy when taking them regularly, and my usually depressed immune system is noticeably stronger. Though the pills are large, I've never had any problems swallowing them, and they've never upset my stomach, which is a problem that I've had before with other vitamins. I'm glad I found them!
