I add this to my smoothie, for breakfast, nearly everyday. It is a bit expensive, but a little goes a long way and it is definitely worth it! Packed with all the vitamins and minerals it is a great way to start my day!

I bought it with good intentions of using it everyday. I work full time with two children and some days I just don't have the time to make a blended drink. I know the nutrients are top quality but if you can't take it on a regular schedule it defeats the benefits.

If you are the type to make a blender drink or smoothie every morning, then this is the multivitamin for you. It is literally packed with quality nutrients. My mother & aunt both use this in their morning protein blender smoothie, and they are still going strong in their 70's.
The only downside is that it doesn't mix well into water or juice, unless you have one of those shaker bottles.
