This Vitamin is quite good. It doesn't seem to cause stomach upset like many of the other brands can cause. I also like the two pills a day method over taking tons of different pills a day to get the same result.
I've been taking them consistently for about 4 months and I managed to get through the entire winter without getting sick...not even a cold!
I would recommend this to all women.
