When my doctor suggested I find a well balanced multi-vitamin and start taking it immediately asked my friend Mike what he recommended since he worked in a health food store. He said there were several pretty good ones but he recommended SUPER LIFE because he was taking it and thought it was the best. I really feel great with it and my thanks to Mike. I love it.
