I have been taking this vitamin for about 3 years. I am very pleased. Some people think GNC is rather expensive, but if you get their Gold Card you get a 20% discount on all purchases......not a bad deal at all. I do cut the pills in half with a pill cutter to help with dissolving and better absorption in the body. I had been told to this by individuals as well as my doctor.
