Does this really work?

So I got my hands on a bottle of this, and to be honest, I'm not sure what I think. It appears to be a normal multi-vitamin, yet it claims that it will "extend my life." How am I to know that? After taking it for a couple weeks, I haven't noticed any difference in my health. While it may have plenty of good for your nutrients and what-not, the claim it makes is hardly viable, and therefore, I think I'll stick with vitamins like Centrum and OneSource, since their claims are at least believeable. I didn't even feel better than I normally do with these, so whether or not they're actually doing anything, I can't say.
