Excellent vitamin but large size

This is an excellent vitamin/mineral supplement. It is high quality and does not contain magnesium stearate/stearic acid as a filler/binder. One thing about it worth noting is the size of it, it is really pretty big. It definitely is a hard swallow. And because I don't like it when sites don't list the exact ingredients, here they are. After the vitamins, it contains-Safflower Oil, Softgel Capsule(Gelatin and Glycerin), Lecithin(soy), St. John's Bread(carob, Caramel, Glycerin), Skipjack Liver Oil, Yellow Beeswax and Fish Liver Oil.
