Great Multi-Vitamin

I have been taking Source of Life multi-vitamins for over 10 years and consider it to be one of the best multi's on the market. I was first attracted to its natural plant sources and ideal balance of vitamins and minerals. Over time the formula has been changed to adapt to the latest findings in vitamin research (including the option for an iron free formula, perfect for men). Three tablets a day, taken one with each meal gives me the ideal way to take the supplement and allows for a gradual release of the formula into your body. I love this product!
