I'm not sure about these, I feel good about taking multivitamins, but I'm not sure I feel a difference between these and something cheaper. I don't feel anymore energized. I also really dislike the florescent yellow urine produced (by the extra B-Vitamins leaving the body I've heard?); no other vitamin produced that strong of a color, and it bothers me that it's so apparent. If that much is leaving the body, is it necessary to have that much in the vitamin in the first place? I feel good about GNC products, but I'm turned off by the bright florescent yellow color. I remember why I stopped using them years ago. I will finish the bottle but I'm not sure if I'll continue to by them, and I hate to say that just because of bright yellow urine!
