I did a lot of research on vitamins and I'm very satisfied with this choice. I love that it is a liquid versus a tablet. I take a capful in the morning (like a shot) before work and have energy throughout the day. Before this vitamin, I would drag throughout the day. I noticed a difference even the first day of taking it. My aunt takes it as well.

GREAT MULTIVITAMIN!!

I'm not a fan of taking vitamins, but before I run out of the house, I am sure to take a cap-full of Alive. I have more energy throughout the day when taking this. I'd rather take this than a pill formula ANY DAY! After other reviews I've read on the internet about Alive and comparing ingredients, this is worth the bang for the buck!
