I take these occasionally, and I am happy with them. Sometimes, my body runs out of vitamins and I can tell when I see white spots on my nails. I started taking these to get the vitamins and minerals my body need. Great price.

I would say these vitamins really do something. Before I started taking them I was getting terrible cramps in my calves and feet at night, and I'm not getting them anymore. My hair looks a lot better for some reason, too. I started out taking one in the AM and the other one in the PM because I thought that would work better than taking them both at once, but the PM one really kept me awake at night. Now I take both in the AM, and I'm back to normal as far as sleep goes.


Better than most

It's true that most multivitamins are created equally, in terms of what is boosted in your daily intake. Even so, this one stood out from others in that I felt more active and lively during my day. Take the recommended dosage. I almost shied away from this because of my family history of heart problems, but did not experience any complications while I was on the vitamin.


Extra Skip

Although it DID give me the extra energy I was lacking, it also gave me some palpatations as well. Make sure you do not have any heart related problems before you take this.


Great product, good buy

I'm very picky about multi vits but this one worked really well. It made me feel better each morning and I felt energized without being shaky or hyper. I love the fact I can get my multi vit and get a little pep in my step at the same time.


Everyone needs vitamins and minerals

Throughout my ever-changing health routines, I am always looking for a way to do more with less. I have used Solaray products before (Guggul and Red Yeast Rice) and decided to see what other all-in-one vitamin/mineral products they produced.

I came across Multi-Vita Mega-Mineral (makes me think of an I Love Lucy episode!) - it's a fun name with a great concept. Multi-Vita Mega-Mineral boasts a long list of nutrients for everyone - some of them include: Magnesium, calcium, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin C, Iodine, Riboflavin, vitamin b-12, zinc, iron, and more. All of these work together to cover all your major dietary needs in one simple capsule.

I went ahead and purchased a bottle and followed the simple directions - take 4 capsules daily with meals or a glass of water and voila! you're set for the day. I know four pills in one day seems like a lot, but the pills are smaller and easy to swallow, without a gross taste/aftertaste. I definitely felt a boost in my step and better health overall since I was seriously lacking my requirements. Remember, there is such as thing as taking too much of certain nutrients, so don't go overboard - it could be very unhealthy!

Overall, I think it is a great product by a great company. It'll set you back about $20 for a 30 day supply. It seems like a lot, but you have to remember it is really eliminating buying and taking a whole lot of different pills. Very convenient.


Great multi, ginseng-based!

I loved the bit of extra pep I got after taking my morning vitamins. I took me a bit, but finally I figured out it was the ginseng base that must be the culprit. I didn't used to be brand-specific with my multivitamins, but now Solaray is the number one for me!


Multi-vitamin

This product was pretty good compared to the other multi-vitamins out there. It offers the same vitamins and minerals offered by other products and it really does work. The only thing I didn't like was taking it 4 times a day but a good product nonetheless.


Watch Out for the GINSENG

Solaray has great products but beware of the ginseng. I had some palpitations after using this one.
I guess I am hyper enough with out !!!
