I love these multivitamins. I have a very hectic and busy life and found that I needed an extra boost to keep me on top of things. I started taking these about 6 months ago and now have much more energy. I can even keep up with my toddler without an afternoon nap. These include all the important vitamins you'll need in one dose so its easy to take. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone and continue to purchase it myself.

I have been taking the Omega-one multi for a year now and I just feel years younger. I am no longer always tired and being a couch potato all day. I was probably missing something in my diet and I am so glad to have found these when I did.


OK for the $

I took these for a hort time before switching to a more expensive natural multi-vitamin. They worked ok for the money, the natural stuff was double the price, but for me they just weren't quite enough.
