This vitamin made a difference in my life

I have been taking this multi vitamin for almost 2 years now and swear by it. I have reynaud's phenomenon which causes pain and discoloration in my fingers, however since taking this multi, the instances of my reynaud's occuring have reduced immensely, and the severity is greatly reduced. I've also noticed an improvement in my general health, and my skin and hair. If I could only take one supplement a day, this would be the one.
